It is an NGO for rehabilitation of children with developmental disabilities. She has also been working for awareness against female foeticide. She was Board member, National Trust for persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt of India. She regularly conducts Adolescence Education Programs in schools.
