Adv. Mr. Utsav Bains

A prominent advocate who doesn’t only practice law but also stands up for the rights for the people. He filed a PIL seeking directions to Chandigarh administration to deal with children who are in conflict with law, in a proper manner and not to torture them in the police custody. He is also a member of the 4 lawyers committee established for the Rohtak shelter home scandal. From taking measures to safeguard juveniles to women, Utsav has been instrumental in doing all that it takes to reaffirm our faith in the legal system of the country.
