She has been recognized by the Haryana Government for the work done on compliance of Sexual Harassment of women at workplace Act. Being a member of Local Complaints Committee, she also travels all over India delivering lectures on the legal aspects of the law. She is also a part of the Grievance Committee of private Organisations.
