Launched in India in 2011, Love Matters is the first ever bilingual English and Hindi website about sex and sexuality in India. It has won the award for Excellence & Innovation in Sexuality Education for 2013 from the World Association for sexual Health (WAS).
She has been recognized by the Haryana Government for the work done on compliance of Sexual Harassment of women at workplace Act. Being a member of Local Complaints Committee, she also travels all over India delivering lectures on the legal aspects of the law.
